The Hub City Body Shop of Lubbock family have been in the same location since 2005, providing Lubbock with auto collision repair & auto painting. We strive to provide the best customer experience possible and return the customer’s vehicle in pre-loss condition. Roy Seay worked with Minnix Construction to build a ‘State of the Art’ collision center. The building design is efficient with no wasted space. The 10,000-sf body shop is built on a 1-acre site with all paved, fencing & security cameras.

The Body Shop is equipped with two frame machines, computerized frame measurement systems, mig welders, tig welders, a dual computerized welder that automatically detects thickness & adjusts temperature for proper penetration, bronze tig, aluminum tig, Uni-Spot welder for roofs and quarter panels that will weld aluminum or steel, aluminum dent repair station, diagnostic equipment that performs scans before and after for proper repairs, etc. The Paint Shop is equipped with a Garmat modified downdraft paint booth and attached paint bake booth. We have a complete computerized paint mixing system with a complete inventory of paint. The painter uses a computerized paint camera that analyses the color to give the correct formula for a paint match.

The Estimators use the latest version of insurance approved estimating soft wear which gives alerts for special repair procedures, networks with Parts Trader to find the best buy on parts, communicates with Insurance Adjusters & Customers and tracks the vehicle once it is booked in for repairs. We are a member of an Independent Body Shop owners group called Fender Bender, which has training meetings for continuing education, monthly magazine to keep up repair procedural changes & trends in the auto collision industry. Hub City also participates with other collision industry providers of continuing education & certifications (CCC, I-Car, etc.).
